FAQ: I purchased a pattern but I didn’t receive the email with the download link. How can I access my pattern files? Thank you for your purchase! Sometimes, the email with the download link gets filtered out of the inbox. Check your spam/junk folder. If you use Gmail, it might have gone to your Promotions folder or Social folder. If you still can’t find your email with the download link, just reach out to us and let us know so we can send you your pattern files!
