Wednesday Weekly #86

Happy Wednesday, makers! I have been very productive with my sewing this week and I’m feeling so good about making the things I planned to make this season and not getting tooooo distracted. I’ve got a beautiful white linen shirt on the go as well as the final touches on this Reeta Shirtdress I shared on Instagram. It is going to be flowy, floral perfection! After that, I’m on the the Kalle. How is your Spring sewing going?

Thanks for the mention! And what wonderful company… such beautiful and creative sewing, all of them!

I think this is my favorite Wednesday Weekly yet. You found SO MANY inspiring garments and great tutorials. It must have taken me an hour to read because I got into all the blog posts and links. I’m so glad you linked to Christine Haynes’ post because I had meant to check that out and had forgotten. Thanks for all your hard work! I’m so inspired now!

When I first saw Maisa’s denim jacket online I was so excited – it’s just gorgeous and so inspiring! I wanted to run off to Value Village on the spot and grab some really big worn, denim jeans and get on it. I don’t know that I would make a denim jacket (that boxy style really suits some people but not me 🙂 ) but I was thinking about that Kalle shirt dress in a crazy worn denim with embroidery. That white with black bias contrast dress by Lily & Co is stunning! Thanks again Helen for such a great post. I was poking around here for quite a while too 🙂

Thank you for including me in your roundup!! I need to find a proper party to attend so I can wear that dress. 🙂 🙂 🙂
